How many days does it take to ship a product?

Yes, Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.

Can I order for COD (Cash On Delivery)?

Yes we have cash on delivery option available.

Is there an Express Delivery (Shipping Within 24-48 hrs)?

Yes, we do have Express Delivery, however due to COVID-19, we might are not accepting any Express Delivery Orders. 

Do you offer Customization?

Yes, customization is possible in terms of colors, adding sleeves, and other minor customization. For additional customization, you can contact us at +91 9911000389 or email at contact@poojashroff.in. However, there is an additional 15% charge for Bust Size above 40.

How do I get my outfit altered?

We generally keep a 2" - 4" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Our return and exchange policy is however subject to the following:

(a) All custom made orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable

(b) Items should be exchanged within 2 Days unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please call us at +91 9911000389 before you send in the return

(c) In case of any return the shipping charges will be borne by the customer

(d) We will not be not responsible for any damage caused in return transit of the product
