EXCHANGE POLICY
The more you order, the happier we are! However, we strongly discourage our customers from buying any item where there is a doubt. Please note that returns and dead stock lead to detrimental wastage with respect to our environment. Please double check all product details, and triple check sizing details. We would be happy to help you out with any queries regarding making your purchase.
While we have strict quality checks in place, colour and print placements vary from piece to piece. This is often due to the nature of the fabric, our resistance to over-treating our pieces with chemicals, as well as utilizing all fabrics dyed or printed to reduce wastage.
Cancellations
We do not offer any exchange or return on discounted items. All sales are final.
Returns
As a brand policy, we only accept returns of damaged items.
From time to time we may make mistakes, we apologise in advance for that and hope that you will give us a second chance.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and an image and description of the issue within 72 hours of delivery of package. We will replace your order subject to examination of damages.
Any issues reported after 72hrs will not be considered for replacement as the package has been out of our warehouse for a considerable amount of time and in conditions beyond our control.
If any sign of usage appears on the garment we shall not be liable to fix any damages or replace the piece.
Exchange
There is a lot of time and labour that goes into creating each piece. As we are a small enterprise, we manufacture limited quantities. Each purchase covers months of research, design, development and manufacturing.
In cases where there are sizing issues we will only be able to offer you an exchange for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for 3 months.
We do not accept usage of credit codes beyond its validity period so please ensure the code is utilized within the validity period . Products bought with credit codes or received as exchange are not eligible for exchange or returns. All exchanges are final.
How to process your exchange
As we have limited quantities, you must reach out to us within 72 hours of receiving your order for us to process an exchange.
The piece must be returned to the Poojashroff HQ within 7 working days of submitting your exchange request. Any items received beyond 7 days of registering your exchange request will be sent back to the sender.
We do not offer exchange or return on international orders.
If you simply change your mind, we are terribly sorry, but we will not be able to accept the return or provide a refund. We will however encourage you to check with your friends and family for they might like to take that piece off your hands.
We hold the right to not accept a return in case the product is used, altered or damaged by the customer.
Customisation
For any customised order client would be requested to clear full payment in advance. We do not exchange or refund any pieces once order is placed.
For any fit related issue please get in touch with us within 7-8 days of receiving the order. For any damages during delivery please inform us within 3 days of receiving the order. Client may ship it back to us in case of any damages withing 3 days of receiving the order. Garment labels should be intact. There should be no smell of perfume or any cosmetic marks on the garment.
