Quality and Craftsmanship
Each piece from Pooja Shroff is meticulously crafted and undergoes strict quality checks. However, due to the unique nature of our fabrics, slight variations in color and print may occur. Additionally, please note that colors can appear differently on various screens, reflecting our commitment to sustainability by reducing chemical treatments and minimizing waste. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece special.

Order Cancellations
We understand that changes happen. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to approval and may not be possible once the order is in production.

Exchanges and Credit Notes
As a boutique brand, Pooja Shroff does not offer exchanges or returns on any item unless the item is damaged. In such cases, we will provide an exchange or issue a credit note valid for one month. Please note that all exchanges are final, and credit notes cannot be extended or used beyond their validity period.

Tip: Store credits are a great way to try something new from our collection. Make sure to use them before they expire!

Returns Policy
Our policy is simple: we only accept returns for items that are damaged. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, providing your order number and a clear image of the issue. The item must be in its original, unused condition, as any signs of wear will void return eligibility.

Customization of RTS Pieces
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) pieces may also be made to order in all all sizes, customized, or altered depending on the style and size. This service is available for an additional charge. We recommend discussing your specific needs with our team to ensure we can provide you with the best possible service.

Customization
We offer options such as adding sleeves, increasing or decreasing the length, and other custom adjustments to ensure the piece is just right for you. Customized orders are tailored specifically for you, requiring full payment in advance. These items cannot be returned or exchanged in any case, so we recommend confirming all details with our team before placing your order.

Shipping Information

• Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 2-3 weeks from the date of order, with a ₹300 shipping fee for domestic orders under ₹15,000.
• Express Delivery: For urgent orders, choose express delivery (7-10 days), with a ₹550 shipping fee for domestic orders under ₹15,000.
• COD Service: Cash on Delivery is available with a 10% advance payment and an additional courier charge of ₹150 for both standard and express deliveries.
• International Shipping: Charges are calculated based on destination and method.

Note: International orders are not eligible for exchange or return in any case.

Final Notes

• Products purchased with credit notes or received as exchanges cannot be returned or exchanged further.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows any signs of use, alteration, or damage by the customer.
• The measurements in our size chart provide a standard guideline as per body measurements to help you choose the right size. However, as all styles vary in fit, flare or length. Please check with our team if you have any doubts.
